System Strats ("we," "us") provides business systems consulting and related services from the Miami – Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. This policy explains what information we collect through systemstrats.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company, and your answers about your project (such as area of interest, industry, company size, how you heard about us, and your message). We use this information to respond to your inquiry, maintain a record of our communication in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and understand how prospective clients find us. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and stored in our CRM hosted at portal.systemstrats.com.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived here. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We also store a small record in your browser (localStorage) noting how you first found us — for example, a search ad, a QR code, or a referring website, including any campaign or keyword tags in the link you clicked. This record is only used to attribute your inquiry if you later contact us; it is not shared with other sites.
We advertise on Google and measure the results. If you reach us through an ad and submit our contact form, we report that conversion to Google Analytics and Google Ads. To improve measurement accuracy in a privacy-safe way (a feature called enhanced conversions), the email address you enter in our contact form is converted into an irreversible hashed code (SHA-256) in your browser before being sent to Google, where it may be matched against Google accounts to attribute the conversion to an ad. Google cannot recover your email address from this code and we do not share it in readable form. We do not sell your personal information.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide services, improve our website, and measure our marketing. We share information only with the service providers that make this site work — Web3Forms (form delivery), our CRM, Google (analytics and advertising measurement, as described above), and Cloudflare (website hosting) — and when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
You can browse this site without submitting any personal information. You can block or clear cookies and localStorage in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email us and we will respond promptly.
